about time spent with kiran and the group:
My first reaction when i saw kinni, kiran, rahul, ujwal, srinath, sham n d gang was im never speaking to theses ppl. they behave like a bunch of hooligans! i thought i was okie with nibi, shweta, deepti n preeti.....within few months ftr a few fights or cos id no choice ( was in d same group with them for projects) i made freinds with them.
By the end of d first yr. we (nibi, shweta n me) were permanently hanging out wit kinni, rahul, srinath n kiran. Kiran always eating my lunch, rahul writing notes for me, kinni boring nibi, shweta and me with stories, nibi n i goin for walks ftr classes, we forever troubling Srinath 'cos he was so scared of his girl friend, n we all making so much noise in the reference room of the library....these r things i miss a lot.
The way these ppl. took care that we go home b4 its too dark, the way shweta n i made sure that rahul does his assignments, kiran n baloo for ever playing cricket right outside d class when we were in class trying to follow a lecture, kinni and kiran trying to convince us all to bunk classes, lil' things that dint matter much to me then, how i wish i cud get one of those day back.
Once we were outta coll. id taken everything for granted, assumed theses ppl. wud always be here, always be in touch. we'd to lose a freind to get back in touch is d sad thing. Its only then i realised that though rahul's in berlin, srinath's married n kinni in illinois we r still d same friends nuthin changed really....nibi and shweta are the only one's who are constantly in touch though....jus' one regret wish i cud meet Kiran for one last time, speak to him jus' once.
